Terms and Conditions

If needing to cancel an order, it must be done within 24hrs. of placing the order. After 24hrs., the order can no longer be cancelled. If an item needs to be returned/refunded see below terms.

Personalized Items
Any item that is personalized with pictures, names, dates, etc. CANNOT be returned or refunded unless there was a mistake on my part. If there was a mistake on my part, a new item will be sent at my expense and there is no need to send back the item.

Non Personalized Items
Any item that is NOT personalized can be returned/refunded up to 7 days from delivery of item/s. If the item is being returned for no fault of mine, I will not refund any shipping charges incurred by sending item back or the shipping charges that was charged to send the item to you.
